Manchester United under-fire manager Jose Mourinho has reportedly received a message from Manchester United.
Mourinho’s United have managed just one win from their past five matches across all competitions.
According to The Sun, the club’s owners have asked the Portuguese tactician to bite his lip following the many outbursts he has had this season.
Owners the Glazers are said to be concerned that Mourinho could potentially hurt the club’s brand if he continues to cause controversy in his press conferences.
At the beginning of the campaign, Mourinho bemoaned the fact that the club failed to secure his desired transfer targets, and also had a few negative things to say about a few players.
The owners of the club are also worried about the Portuguese boss’ relationship with some of the Red Devils’ former stars, including Paul Scholes.
The pair have already had more than one back and forth this season, with the United legend recently calling for change.
Reports suggest that Manchester United senior members want to hire Zidane.
