SAPS have come under fire after one of their vehicles was spotted carrying an alleged personal belongings.
TWITTER ACCOUNT SHARED A VIDEO OF A POLICE VAN TRAVELING ALONG A HIGHWAY.
It alleged that the van was moving personal belongings.
The video sparked some outrage, but others suggested it might all be above board.
