Portuguese international and five times world best Cristiano Ronaldo has go the public backing of his club Juventus FC.
Last week, German magazine Der Spiegel reported the allegations of sexual assault against the 33-year-old, which reportedly took place back in 2009.
While Ronaldo has strongly denied the claims and his lawyers threatening to take legal action – the Serie A club have now broken silence.
Juve have made their position clear, saying, on the same day that Santos said the 154-cap forward would not return to international football until 2019.
