Pietermaritzburg police spokesperson, Sergeant Mthokozisi Ngobese, said four men armed with guns robbed the Checkers supermarket at Scottsville Mall at around 8.30 am today.
Ngobese said the men got away with an undisclosed amount of money and police are still searching for the robbers. No shots were fired and no one was injured.
